We are committed to treating product support as a top priority in helping lessen the learning curve and drive customer satisfaction from the moment you open the box.
We understand how wargames impose varying learning curves and specific gaming situations may arise during play that require clarification. Been there, done that. Solid development, extensive playtesting, and proof reading are key but there is no Holy Grail in producing an easy-to-learn, errata-free game. Therefore, product support is key.
We understand that product support is not only what we deliver out of the box, but what you will find inside the box as well.
Proof Point: our Talking Version Audio CD. Sit back and listen to our designer interview to gain valuable insights in how history was interwoven into the game mechanics. The game tutorial will guide you in becoming more familiar with the rules for each game.
We will also define during the development process integrating mnemonics and ease-of-use into the game components themselves to make each product as "user-friendly" and approachable as possible.
Of course, when the time comes, our Knowledge Base and Help Desk (both coming soon) will be available 24/7 to assist you, along with our forum topics, related game support tools, and other materials.
